Massage Therapy

We use a lot of different modalities during every session. We offer deep tissue, sports, injury, stretching and myofascial release to name a few. Specific plans will be made for each client. We help relax the body and reduce the pain our clients are experiencing, by helping fix the problem.

Blading (Scrapping)

Scraping therapy is a manual form of therapy where an instrument is used to scrape over the skin and improve circulation in the area. This has been shown to aid in breaking down scar tissues that are often a result of some kind of trauma. This also helps to promote a better healing environment for the soft tissue. Some of the advantages of scraping therapy include a decrease in overall treatment/recovery time, reduction of the need for anti-inflammatory medication, and effective treatment of some chronic conditions.

Cupping

The suction and negative pressure provided by cupping can loosen muscles, encourage blood flow, and sedate the nervous system (which makes it an excellent treatment for high blood pressure). Cupping is used to relieve back and neck pains, stiff muscles, anxiety, fatigue, migraines, rheumatism, and even cellulite.

Flossing

Flossing improves range of motion and joint mobility in a position of restriction. Reduces swelling and inflammation in a joint. Reduces pain (can be particularly helpful for tennis elbow pain) Improves muscle contraction. Restores sliding surfaces. Releases trigger points.

Vibration

Vibration reduces pain. Increases blood flow. Breaks up scar tissue. Decreases lactic acid. Releases muscle spasms. Increases lymphatic flow. Improves range of motion. Improves body awareness.

Compression Boot Therapy

Compression boot therapy is used to help increase blood flow through a muscle by compressing and releasing. It helps muscle fatigue and soreness, brings pressure off of the joints, and increases range of motion. It benefits everyone, from people that are super active, to those that are sitting the majority of the day.
